韩国首尔“居民参与型城市再生”项目演进解析

摘要

Since early 21st century, city planning in South Korea has changed from government dominated redevelopment to residents dominated “community creation” and “participatory urban regeneration”. The paper discusses the evolution, residents participation, and other participants in the project, analyzes the deifnition, character, status quo, and types of the project, introduces the main content and strategies at diferent phases of the project with “Longevity Vilage” in Seoul, and provides a reference for urban renewal in China.%21世纪初是韩国城市规划建设的分水岭，自此韩国的城市规划工作开始从政府主导的大拆大建方式转向以居民为主角、建设共同体的“社区营造”和“居民参与型城市再生”时代。文章探讨了“居民参与型城市再生”项目在韩国首尔的发展演变、居民参与特点和参与主体构成等，并在解析项目定义、特征、现状与类别的基础上，以首尔长寿村为例剖析了城市再生项目各阶段的主要内容及策略，以期为当前中国城市更新中的居民参与实践提供借鉴。
