城中型风景区重大城市设施协调规划应对措施-以武汉东湖通道为例

摘要

City and landscape resort needs more interaction as urbanization level improves. Coordination between landscape resort and city development needs further studies. The paper proposes planning measures in line selection, land use, tourism facilities and landscaping land use coordination, through trafifc and internal trafifc reorganization, line planning, and ecological restoration planning, and concludes the experience of Donghu tunnel project construction model. It provides a reference for other major infrastructures.%随着我国城市化水平的不断提升，城市与城中型风景区之间将面临着更多的互动，如何在保护的前提下实现风景区与城市的协调发展是需要不断探索的重要课题。文章以武汉东湖通道为例，分析了城中型风景区重大城市设施建设所面临的难点问题，从工程线型方案选择、工程设施用地与旅游设施用地及自然景观的结合、用地规模控制、城市过境交通与风景区内部交通组织调整、工程路径规划及生态修复规划等方面提出规划应对措施，在此基础上总结出东湖通道的建设模式对规划师的启示，以期为其他城中型风景区重大城市设施协调规划提供参考。
