实施导向下的城市景观风貌规划方法探索

摘要

From the difference of content and spatial level, urban design can be divided into three basic styles: master design in master plan, conceptual design in regulatory plan, and implementing design in site plan. In order to highlight the regional characteristics and enhance the implementation of urban design, some cities propose a new plan style: cityscape planning or urban spatial characteristics planning. This plan belongs to master urban design, but its focus, content and result is different, and the traditional formulation method is different. Thus, the paper summarizes some cases experience, explores the formulation method and idea of cityscape planning.%以往的城市设计根据编制内容与空间层次的差异,可以分为总体规划层面的结构型总体城市设计、控规层面的概念型城市设计和修规层面的实施型城市设计三个基本类型.在此基础上,不同地区为了更加彰显地域特色,有效指导实施,提出了景观风貌规划或城市空间特色规划这一新的规划类型.这一规划属于总体城市设计的范畴,但其关注的焦点、编制的内容及成果的形式与总体城市设计还存在较大的差异,并不能简单地套用传统总体城市设计的编制手法.基于此,文章在总结若干项目经验的基础上,对城市景观风貌规划的编制方法与思路进行了初步探索.
