液态 CO2输送管道弯管处冲刷腐蚀数值模拟

         

摘要

Due to the change of the on-way resistance and the external environment , CO2 in liquid CO2 pipeline will have phase state change, gas state CO2 mixed in liquid CO2 with impurity of water can produce erosion-corrosion on pipe bends.In order to describe the law of erosion-corrosion in the pipe , numerical simulation was done on erosion phenomenon of bend by ANSYS CFX .Simulation results show that the erosion rate achieved maximum between 60°and 80°in bend sections.Fluid speed increased from 4 m/s to 12 m/s in the entrance, and the erosion rate increased from 3.92×10-6 kg/(m2· s) to 3.47×10-5 kg/(m2· s).With bends radius of curvature increases, the maxi-mum erosion rate occurs position forward.The results can provide reference for the long-distance liquid CO2 pipeline laying.%由于沿程阻力和外界环境的变化,液态CO2管道内的CO2会发生相态转变,含有杂质水的液态CO2夹带的气态CO2会对管道弯管处产生冲刷腐蚀。为了描述管道内部的冲刷腐蚀规律,利用ANSYS CFX软件对90°弯管的冲蚀现象进行数值模拟。模拟结果表明:冲蚀速率在弯管段60°~80°之间取得最大值;入口处流体速度由4 m/s增加到12 m/s,管壁的冲蚀速率由3.92×10-6 kg/( m2· s)增加到3.47×10-5 kg/( m2· s);随着弯管曲率半径增加,最大冲蚀速率产生位置发生前移。研究结果可为长距离液态CO 2管道铺设提供参考。
