浅谈校长职业素养的提升

校长是一所学校的灵魂，对外代表学校，对内主持校务，学校办学水平与校长自身的职业素养密不可分。提升校长的职业素养，一要提升个人修为，二要增强责任意识。%The school principal is the soul of a school ,who acts as its representative outside and takes charge of the internal management of a school. The level of running a school is closely related to the school principal ’ s professional attainment. There are two ways to improve the schoolmaster ’s professional attainment , one is to improve personal quality, the other is to strengthen the sense of responsibility.
