柔性检验及其在质检机构的应用

摘要

提出了柔性检验理论,探讨了其构成要素、特性、功能和运行机制,并结合在综合性质检机构的应用展示了其潜在价值和发展前景.%The theory of flexible-test was proposed in this paper. The systematic structures, characteristics, Junctions,running mechanism of this test were discussed. The potentiality and foreground of its application in quality-test institution were showed.
