Objective To establish a model of hyperlipemia with cerebral ischemia in order to observe the protective effect of compound recipe capsules on cerebral ischemia injury complicated with hyperlipidemia. Methods The experimental injury model of rats with cerebral ischemia was established using ferric chlorde method. The effect of compound recipe capsules on the rat model of neurological symptoms, the infarction area, the rat brain NF-kB and on the expression of iNOS was observed. Results In comparison with the model group of hyperlipidemia combined with cerebral ischemic injury,the neurological score of high-dose compound recipe capsule group was significantly lower. The cerebral infarction volume of middle-dose, high-dose compound recipe capsule group and Naoxintong group was significantly lower than that of model group of hyperlipemia with cerebral ischemia. Compound recipe capsules inhibited the expression of NF-kB and iNOS brain tissue. Conclusion The compound recipe capsule can improve rats'symptoms of neurological deficits, reduce infarct volume, and have a protective effect on cerebral ischemia injury.%目的 建立高脂血症合并脑缺血损伤模型,观察复方降脂胶囊对高血脂症合并脑缺血损伤的防治作用.方法 本实验采用三氯化铁法制备大鼠脑缺血损伤模型,观察复方降脂胶囊对模型大鼠的神经症状、脑梗死范围及对大鼠脑组织中NF-κB、iNOS表达的影响.结果 复方降脂胶囊高剂量组与高脂血症合并脑缺血损伤模型组比较,神经功能学评分显著降低;复方降脂胶囊中剂量、大剂量组和步长脑心通组大鼠的脑梗死体积显著低于高脂血症合并脑缺血症模型组;复方降脂胶囊对脑组织NF-κB及iNOS的表达具有抑制作用.结论 复方降脂胶囊可改善大鼠的神经功能缺失症状,缩小脑梗死体积,对脑缺血损伤具有保护作用.
