复方首乌软胶囊对D-半乳糖致亚急性衰老小鼠p16基因表达的影响

摘要

Objective: To study the effects of Shouwu Soft Capsules on pl6 gene expression in D-galactose-induced subacute aging mice. Methods: The mice was injected with D- galactose to built the model of aging and then treated with Shouwu Soft Capsules, the mRNA expression of pl6 gene in brain was observed. Results: mRNA expression of pl6 gene in Shouwu Soft Capsules groups was decreased. Conclusion: Shouwu Soft Capsules can decrease the expression of pl6 gene and have antiaging actions.%目的:研究复方首乌软胶囊对衰老小鼠p16基因表达的影响,探讨复方首乌软胶囊的抗衰老机制.方法:用D-半乳糖建立衰老小鼠模型,以复方首乌软胶囊治疗,实时荧光定量PCR法观察小鼠脑海马p16基因的mRNA表达.结果:复方首乌软胶囊组p16基因mRNA表达降低.结论:复方首乌软胶囊能降低p16基因的表达,从而起到抗衰老作用.
