慢性病毒性肝炎伴糖代谢紊乱患者的药学监护

摘要

结合药师参与的3例典型病例，提出慢性病毒性肝炎伴糖代谢紊乱的药学监护要点：降糖药可选用胰岛素，或无肝功能损害的口服降糖药物；保肝药物应避免使用可能升高血糖的甘草酸制剂等；抗菌药物选择应规避有肝功能损害及影响血糖的药物，如部分喹诺酮类。%By analyzing 3 typical cases of chronic viral hepatitis with glucose metabolism disorder, the key points of the pharmaceutical care for these patients were concluded as follows: firstly, anti-diabetic drugs that may damage liver functions should be avoided while insulin should be used; secondly, glycyrrhizic acid, one of the liver protecting drugs that may increase blood glucose, should be avoided; thirdly, antibiotics should not contain ones that may damage liver function or influence blood glucose, such as quinolones.
