目的：研究脂肪乳剂用于小鼠急性酒精中毒的复苏效果。方法：按照随机数字表将54只小鼠随机平均分成3组，采用56°白酒灌胃建立急性酒精中毒小鼠模型，各组均一次性给药。 A、B组为脂肪乳低、高剂量组，分别给予20%脂肪乳剂3 mL·kg-1、5 mL·kg-1，行静脉注射；C组为对照组，3 mL·kg-1生理盐水尾静脉注射。观察小鼠醉酒时间及复苏时间。结果：3组小鼠的醉酒时间差异无统计学意义，其复苏时间A组和B组均显著短于C组，而A组和B组复苏时间无明显差异。结论：20%脂肪乳剂可以促进小鼠急性酒精中毒的复苏，缩短其复苏时间。%Objective: Previous investigators have demonstrated the benefit of lipid emulsion therapy in ameliorating toxicity from local anesthetics. The aim of this study was to study the effect of intralipid treatment in mice model of acute alcoholism. Methods: Fifty-four mice were intragastrically administered with 56% ethanol solution at 15 mL·kg-1 body weight. Once the mice were in ebriety, they were treated with a bolus of 3 or 5 mL·kg-1 body weight 20% intralipid, or 3 mL·kg-1 body weight 0.9% saline (normal saline, NS). Ebriety time and resuscitation time were recorded. Results: There was no significant difference for ebriety time among the three groups. Compared with the NS group, treatment with 20% intralipid sig-nificantly shortened resuscitation time. However, the resuscitation times between the groups with 3 or 5 mL· kg-1 body weight 20% intralipid were not significantly different. Conclusion: Intralipid could shorten the resuscitation time of acute alcoholism in the mice model.
