小儿先心病术后应用两种特殊级抗生素的对比分析

摘要

Objective: To compare the curative effects of two kinds of carbapenems antibiotics applied postoperatively for pediatric congenital heart disease in our hospital. Methods: Retrospective analysis of 504 cases of pediatric congenital heart disease was done with patients divided in two groups: meropenem (255 cases) group and biapenem (249 cases) group. Results and Conclusion: Compared with biapenem, meropenem has equivalent effecacy, but significantly reduces the average daily cost and total cost of an-tibacterial drugs for 168.77 yuan and 1287.31 yuan, respectively (P<0.05). From the economic point of view, meropenem is better than biapenem.%目的：比较两种特殊级抗生素在我院小儿先心病术后应用的疗效及经济学差异。方法：回顾性分析2014年504例小儿先心病术后用药情况，患者分为美洛培南组（255例）和比阿培南组（249例）。结果与结论：美洛培南与比阿培南治疗效果相当，但显著降低抗菌药日均费用168.77元和降低抗菌药总费用1287.31元（P＜0.05）。从经济学方面比较，美洛培南较比阿培南更具优势。
