提高直馏汽油辛烷值的异构化技术

摘要

Commercial application of the isomerization technique forstraight-run gasoline developed by Lanzhou Petrochemical Design Institute in a 40000 t/yr straight-run gasoline upgrading unit in Maling Refinery of Changqing Oil Field Company showed its convenience and flexibility.After isomerization,the RON of straight-run gasoline with MON 47.6 can reach 91.5,while the olefin content is only 13.78% and aromatics content 14.95%.The yield of product is slightly lower than that of the design.%兰州炼油化工设计院设计开发的直馏汽油异构化技术在长庆油田公司马岭炼油厂40kt/a直馏汽油改质装置上的工业应用表明，该工艺操作方便，生产方案灵活,MON为47.6的直馏汽油经异构化改质后按90号汽油生产方案运行改质汽油的RON达91.5，烯烃含量仅为13.78%，芳烃含量为14.95%，但产品收率略低于设计指标。直馏汽油异构化技术有较高的推广应用价值。
