连续重整产品方案与反应苛刻度关系探讨

     

摘要

连续重整装置的反应苛刻度(C5+RON)是根据产品要求设置的.近年来新建连续重整装置有半数以上是以生产低苯高辛烷值汽油组分和混合二甲苯产品为目的的.对产品为混合二甲苯+汽油调合组分方案和混合二甲苯+邻二甲苯+汽油调合组分的两个方案的情况进行了比较,得出如下结果:①生产符合国家标准的混合二甲苯时,因产品中没有非芳烃含量的要求,则贫料和富料的C5+RON均可以为102,但富料中的非芳烃比较多,会增大二甲苯塔的分离难度,降低产品收率,增加二甲苯塔的能耗;②生产符合国际标准的混合二甲苯或联产邻二甲苯时,因要求混合二甲苯产品中非芳烃质量分数小于0.3%,故C5+RON应不低于104,以避免因重整反应苛刻度不够而增加其他设施.%The reaction severity ( C5+ RON ) of continuous catalytic reformer is designed based upon products requirements. In recent years, over 50% of grass-root CCRs are installed for the production of low-benzene and high-octane gasoline component and mixed xylene. The detailed comparison analysis of production of mix xylene + gasoline blending component and production of mix xylene + p-xylene + gasoline blending component has concluded that; ( 1 ) when mix-xylene meeting Chinese product specifications is produced, the C5+RON of lean feed and rich feed can be 102. But, the higher non-aromatics in rich feed will increase the difficulty in xylene tower separation, reduce product yields and raise xylene tower' s energy consumption. (2) When mix-xylene meeting international product specifications or by-product o-xylene is produced, the C5+ RON shall be no lower than 104 because the non-aromatics in mix-xylene product shall be lower than 0. 3 m% , so as not to take other necessary measures because of insufficient reaction severity of the reformer.
