石蜡烃择形异构化技术的工业应用

     

摘要

The commercial application in Hainan Handi Sunshine Petrochemical Co, Ltd of Wax Selective Isomerization (WSI) process developed by Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals (FRIPP) are described. The operation results show that the 70N, 150N, 250N, 350N lube base oil products produced from hydrocracking tail oil under the operating conditions of 15.2 MPa reaction pressure, 800:1 hydrogen to oil ratio, 307.4 ℃ average temperature of HDW, 226.7 ℃. average temperature of HDF and 1.5 h-1 LHSV meet the API Ⅱ standards for lube base oil with high viscosity index, high flash point, low pour point, low sulfur and nitrogen contents and good oxidation stability and over 99% saturated hydrocarbons. The commercial operation demonstrates that WSI process and its catalysts, which are excellent in feedstock adaptability, good in selectivity and high in stability, can be widely used in the production of lube base oil of API Ⅱ specifications.%介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司抚顺石油化工研究院开发的石蜡烃择形异构化技术(WSI)在海南汉地阳光石油化工有限公司的工业应用情况.结果表明,以海南炼化加氢裂化尾油为原料,在反应压力为15.2 MPa,反应器入口氧油比为800∶1,异构反应器床层平均温度为307.4℃,补充精制反应器床层平均温度为226.7℃,体积空速为1.5h-1的条件下,生产出的70N,150N,250N和350N润滑基础油具有黏度指数高、闪点高、倾点低、硫和氮含量低以及氧化安定性好的特点,且饱和烃的质量分数在99%以上,符合APIⅡ润滑基础油的标准.说明该技术及其催化剂具有原料适应性强、选择性好、稳定性高等特点,可广泛应用于APIⅡ类润滑基础油的生产.
