0.5Mt/a重油催化裂化装置三旋的技术改造

     

摘要

针对催化裂化能量回收装置高温烟气轮机(简称烟机)出现的故障,采用中国石油大学(华东)开发的新型导叶式旋风分离技术,提出了新型高效低阻型立管多管式三旋的改造方案.三旋出口烟气在线采样催化剂浓度与粒度分析表明:改造后三旋入口烟气中催化剂平均质量浓度为362.8 mg/m3(工况下湿基),主要是40 μm以下的颗粒,其中10 μm以下的颗粒占30%~50%,细颗粒含量较高;改造后三旋出口烟气中催化剂平均质量浓度为31.8 mg/m3(工况下湿基);已完全没有10μm以上的大颗粒,工况下三旋的总效率为91.2%.改造后烟机入口催化剂质量浓度及粒度指标远远低于控制指标,三旋分离性能指标完全达到烟机入口烟气的净化要求,保证了烟气轮机长周期安全运行.%To avoid troubles in high temperature flue gas expander in FCCU power recovery train, a new vane centrifugal separation technology was applied, and high-efficiency low-resistance multi-tube 3rd-stage cyclone separator was recommended for the revamping. The on-line analysis of catalyst concentration and catalyst particle size in the flue gas at outlet of 3rd-stage cyclone separator after the revamping shows that: the mean catalyst concentration in the flue gas at the inlet of 3rd-stage cyclone separator is 362. 8 mg/m3 ( wet base ) , which are mainly particles of 40 μm and smaller particles of 10 μm or smaller account to 30% -50% . The concentration of fine particles is high. The average concentration of catalyst in the flue gas at the outlet of 3 rd-stage cyclone separator is 31. 8 mg/m3 (wet base). There are no particles greater than 10 μm and the total efficiency of 3rd-stage cyclone separator is 91. 2% under operating conditions. Both catalyst concentration and catalyst particle size in the flue gas at the inlet of flue gas expander are greatly lower than the design control specifications, and separation performance of 3rd-stage cyclone separator has met the purification requirement of flue gas at the inlet of flue gas expander. Therefore, the long-term safe operation of flue gas expander train can be ensured.
