加氢裂化装置换热网络节能优化

         

摘要

结合某石化公司加氢裂化装置的用能现状及生产运行问题,利用Petro-SIM模拟软件,以装置换热网络流程模拟为基础,对加氢裂化装置换热网络进行了系统分析,找出换热网络中的不合理点,确立了换热网络节能优化的方向和潜力.针对原料与循环油等几股物流间局部换热网络的优化分析,提出了现行工况下不需增加投资的操作优化方案,并利用模型预测了最优化工艺参数和节能优化效果.通过操作优化调整提高了原料罐温度,从而提高了原料换热终温和分馏进料温度,降低了反应进料加热炉和脱丁烷塔底重沸炉燃料气消耗,可降低能耗74.18 MJ/t,获得效益约230 ×104 RMB¥/a.以热进料和热出料为契机,对换热网络的用能进一步优化改进,提出了增加一定投资改造的优化方案和增加热量输出的建议.模型预测改造后装置节能约146..54 MJ/t,增加效益约450 ×104 RMB¥/a.%Based upon the energy consumption and operation of hydrocracking unit,the heat exchange train of the hydrocracking unit was systematically studied by using Petro-SIM simulation software to simulate the process flow of unit heat exchange train.The inappropriate points in heat exchange train were located and the orientation of energy saving and energy saving potential are determined.After optimization of heat exchanger trains for several effluents like feed stock and recycle oil,etc,an optimized operation scheme without investment was recommended,the optimized process parameters and energy saving results were predicted with the model.
