高黏度指数润滑油基础油生产技术进展

主要介绍当前润滑油基础油的供求现状及装置建设情况,展望未来基础油市场的发展趋势,指出目前Ⅰ类基础油产量降低,高黏度指数的Ⅲ类和Ⅲ+类基础油是主要发展方向.预计到2020年,全球Ⅲ类基础油的需求量将从目前占全球总量的5％增加到10％.概述了高黏度指数润滑油的生产技术路线,详细介绍了韩国SK公司和S-Oil公司高黏度指数润滑油基础油的生产技术、工艺流程和产品特点,这两大公司都以加氢裂化尾油为原料生产基础油,生产的润滑油具有饱和烃含量高,氧化安定性好和挥发性低等特点.这两大公司目前都已经是全球最大的高黏度指数润滑油基础油的供应商,其润滑油基础油的生产经验值得参考和借鉴.%The resent situation of supply and demand of lube base oil and its process units' construction are introduced,and future development trend of base oil market is predicted.It is pointed out that the production of Class Ⅰ base oil is low,and the main development orientation of base oil in the future would be the production of of high value Class Ⅲ and Class Ⅲ + base oils.It is predicted that,by 2020,the global demand for Class Ⅲ base oil will increase to 10％ from 5％ of the world's total demand.The processes for the production of lube base oil with high viscosity index are introduced,the production technologies,process flow and product characteristics of high viscosity index base oils of Korean SK Company and S-Oil Company are described in detail.Both companies have employed hydrocracked tail oil as feedstock to produce lubricating oil with high saturated hydrocarbon content,good oxidation stability and low volatility.The two companies have become the world's largest suppliers of base oil with high viscosity index.Their experience provides us with a good reference in producing lube base oil.
