硫磺装置增设液硫出厂及存储设施的分析

         

摘要

The current operation of the 60,000 TPY sulfur unit of SINOPEC Wuhan Branch is introduced,the off-plant schemes of liquid sulfur are presented and compared.It is recommended to add a 500 m3 liquid sulfur tank and two liquid sulfur loading hoses.The original liquid sulfur pump is utilized to send the liquid sulfur to the liquid sulfur tank and the loading hose.In the downtime or when there is no liquid loading operation,the liquid sulfur tank in the tank and the pipeline flows back to the tank.After revamping,the storage volume of liquid sulfur storage tank of 60,000 TPY sulfur plant of SINOPEC Wuhan Branch is increased to 500 m3.This provides a good rout for the sales of sulfur.In addition,the direct off-plant of liquid sulfur has reduced the work load of operators and energy consumption.The direct economic benefit increase of the 60,000 TPY sulfur unit is increased by at least 20%.%针对中国石油化工股份有限公司武汉分公司(武汉分公司)60 kt/a硫磺装置的现状,提出了增设液硫出厂的方案,并进行了工艺方案比选,建议在现有基础上增加一个500 m3液硫储罐及2个液硫装卸鹤管,利用原有液硫输送泵将液硫送至液硫储罐及装卸鹤位.在停工检修、或不进行液体装车时储罐及装卸管线中的液硫均自流回储槽.通过改造后,武汉分公司60 kt/a硫磺装置的液硫储槽增加了500 m3容量,为武汉分公司的硫磺销售开辟了另外一条道路,直接液态硫磺出厂减少了成型车间人员的工作强度及成型单元的能耗,硫磺装置直接经济效益至少提高了20%.
