The five to ten percent of fluctuation of catalyst level zone and difficulty in lifting flow in the reduction and surge zone of a 2.0 MM TPY continuous catalytic reforming unit were analyzed and handled.The catalyst level fluctuation of reduction zone was mainly caused by the changes of important operating parameters of the reformer's reaction system,which led to the lock hopper makeup valve ramp not suitable to operating conditions.The catalyst level fluctuation in the surge zone was mainly because that the urge exchange gas' temperature of catalyst collector of reactor No.4 was low,the differential pressure between spent catalyst secondary lift gas and purge exchange gas was high,and purge exchange gas flow was unstable.All these affected the normal flow of catalysts.As bolts and nuts were used to connect center pipe and expansion joint,they were centralized in the pipe reducer of spent catalyst valve "L" assembly catalyst transfer pipe.The surge zone catalyst level could not be smoothly lifted.%对中化泉州石化有限公司2.0 Mt/a连续重整装置还原段和缓冲段料位下落幅度达5%~10%以及提升不畅的原因进行了分析,并采取了相对应的措施.还原段的料位波动主要是由于重整反应系统重要操作参数的改变,导致闭锁料斗的斜坡曲线与操作工况不匹配;缓冲段的料位波动是因第四反应器底催化剂收集器的置换气温度偏低、提升二次气与置换气的差压高和置换气气流的扰动阻碍了催化剂正常流动;缓冲段的料位提升不畅是滤网堵塞和待生催化剂L阀组变径口处堆积了反应器中心管与膨胀节联接处由于焊接不透而滑落的螺栓和螺母.
