加氢裂化装置掺炼环烷基蜡油和FCC柴油的探索

     

摘要

介绍了中海油气(泰州)石化有限公司1.5 Mt/a加氢裂化装置掺炼直馏环烷基蜡油和催化裂化(FCC)柴油的应用情况.通过掺炼环烷基蜡油和FCC柴油,优化了加氢裂化装置的原料配比,解决了FCC柴油后续加工难题,改善了产品分布.重石脑油收率从34.52%升高到49.23%,提高14.71百分点,重石脑油芳烃潜含量升高3.2百分点;液化石油气收率降低2.44百分点;柴油十六烷值下降6百分点,仍能满足国Ⅴ柴油的质量要求,凝点从-2℃下降到-20℃.掺炼后缓解了下游液化石油气脱硫装置的瓶颈问题,增加重整高附加值三苯(BTX)产品的收率,为优化全厂总流程,提高炼油厂效益提供了参考.%The blending of naphthenic VGO and FCC diesel into the feedstock of a 1.5 MM TPY hydrocracking unit of CNOOC Taizhou Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.is described.The blending of naphthenic VGO and FCC diesel has optimized the blending ratio of feedstock streams of hydrocracking unit,solved the difficult problems in downstream processing of FCC gasoline and improved the product distribution.That heavy naphtha yield is increased from 34.52% to 49.23% which is a 14.71% increase,potential aromatics index is raised by 3.2%;the liquefied gas yield is decreased by 2.44%;the diesel cetane index is lowered by 6%,which still meets the quality specification requirements of the Automobile diesel Guo Ⅴ;the pour point goes down from-2 ℃ to-20 ℃.After blending,the yield of high profit products (BTX) which are produced from CCR plant is increased,which provided a good idea for improving the profit of the company.
