磁分离技术用于回收被重金属污染的 FCC 催化剂

     

摘要

研究了磁分离技术回收从 FCC 卸出的被重金属污染的废催化剂,详细考察了背景磁场强度、介质流量、进料量及分离比例对催化剂分离效果的影响,并对用工业磁分离机回收的 FCC 催化剂进行了裂化性能评价。结果表明:金属污染程度不同的催化剂只有在一定的条件下,才能得到较好的分离效果和合适的磁性物收率;工业磁分离装置回收的非磁性剂,可替代部分新鲜剂和原平衡剂,在不影响 FCC 装置系统内催化裂化性能的前提下,可节约新鲜剂20%左右;与卸出的被重金属污染的 FCC 废催化剂相比,转化率和轻油收率分别提高2.2个百分点和1.44个百分点,且选择性略有提高。该技术已实现工业化,效益较好。%Magnetic separation for recovering heavy metal contaminated FCC catalyst withdrew from FCCU was studied. The effects of magnetic field intensity, air rate and feed rate on catalyst separation were tested. The cracking performance of the recovered catalyst was also evaluated. The test results showed that separation should be carried at certain conditions for obtaining proper yield of magnetic material. The recovered catalyst could be replaced part of fresh catalyst for make-up or part of equilibrium catalyst in the system. It was estimated that the replacement could save fresh catalyst around 20%. The recovered catalyst comparing with the original metal contaminated catalyst showed that the conversion and light oil yield were increased by 2.2% and 1.44% respectively, and the cracking selectivity was better.
