四极杆 GC/MS 测定石油馏分烃类组成的研究及其分析软件的开发

摘要

Group analysis of petroleum fractions by quadrupole GC/MS equivalent to ASTM D2425, D2786 and D2329 instead of magnetic mass spectrometer was studied. Straight-run diesel oil, saturated hydrocarbons of VGO and aromatics of VGO were taken as testing samples, and analysis software was developed. The said GC/MS method could meet the ASTM demands of repeatability and reproducibility, which significantly decreased the analysis cost.%以直馏柴油馏分、重油饱和烃馏分和重油芳烃馏分为样品，研究用四极杆 GC/MS 代替磁式质谱仪，等效采用 ASTM D2425、 D2786和 D3239方法测定石油馏分的烃类组成，并开发了相应的通用分析软件。研究结果表明，采用自动进样的四极杆 GC/MS 进行石油馏分烃类组成分析，均能满足 ASTM 方法的重复性和再现性要求，大大降低了烃类组成分析的成本；分析软件的应用，使数据处理计算机化，为用户提供了极大便利。
