Ethylene/propylene copolymer was grafted on maleic-an hydride and mixed with polyethylene-polyamine succeeded by reac ting with aniline oxidation resistant for preparing a dispersive and antioxidati ve viscosity index improver DAOCP. The dosage of the said improver was 1% less t han the dispersive ethylene/propylene copolymer for formulating SF/CD 15W/40 int ernal combustion engine oil, which passed through the MS-ⅢD sequence test. The evaluation result showed that the DAOCP product performance was equivalent to t he same type foreign product.%采用乙丙共聚物粘度指数改进剂为原料,经马来酸酐接枝、胺化后与苯胺类抗氧化合物反应 得到产品分散抗氧型乙丙共聚物粘度指数改进剂。用中试放大产品为粘度指数改进剂调 制的 SF/CD 15W/40内燃机油,功能剂总量比使用分散型乙丙共聚物为粘度指数改进剂的油 减少一个百分点后仍通过了 MS ⅢD 台架评定试验。评定结果表明,产品主要性能达到了国 外同类产品的质量水平,为工业化生产提供了依据。
