以P-SBA-15为载体,担载Ni、W活性组分制备加氢脱芳烃催化剂.用XRD、BET对该催化剂进行表征,结果表明,该催化剂具有二维晶相结构和介孔材料的特征.以含萘质量分数为7%的正十二烷溶液为原料对该催化剂进行加氢脱芳烃性能研究,结果表明,在磷的负载量为2%(质量分数)时,催化剂具有最佳的脱芳烃性能.脱芳烃的最优工艺条件为:反应温度320℃,压力4.0 MPa,氢油体积比600,空速2.0 h-1.在此条件下,模型化合物的脱芳率可达88.4%.%A hydrodearomatization ( HAD) catalyst was prepared using phosphoric acid modifiedSBA-15 molecular sieve as carrier and Ni-W as active metals.The characterization results of XRD and BET show that this catalyst possesses two-dimensional crystal structure and the characteristics of meso-porous material.The HAD reaction performance of the catalyst was investigated using dodecane containing 7 % naphthalene as feed.Results showed that catalyst having a phosphor mass fraction of 2 % exhibited the optimal HAD performance and under the optimum conditions of a reaction temperature of 320 ℃ ,a.reaction pressure of 4.0 Mpa,a H2/oil volume ratio of 600 and a space velocity of 2.0 h-1 ,the HAD rate of the model compound reached 88.4%.
