A new bactericide was synthesized using dodecylamine and 2 ,3-epoxypropyltrimethyl am-monium chloride. The effects of the amount of raw materials,reaction time,reaction temperature,and dosage of solvent on bactericide yield were investigated. The structure of the product was characterized by IR,MS,NMR and Hydroxyl value. The results showed that the yield of bactericide can reach up to 93. 8% under the following conditions:a reaction time of 10 h,a reaction temperature of 90 ℃ and a mol ratio of 2 ,3-epoxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride to dodecylamine of 2. 0∶1. The comparative tests on sterilization ability of the synthesized bactericide and conventional fungicides were conducted. Results showed that the bactericidal effect of cationic biquaternary ammonium salt is the best.%以十二胺、2-3 环氧丙基胺三甲基氯化铵为原料,合成了一种新型杀菌剂.考察原料配比、反应时间、反应温度、溶剂用量等因素对产品收率的影响,并通过红外光谱、质谱、核磁共振波谱和羟值对产品进行表征.当反应时间为10 h、反应温度为90 ℃、n(2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵)∶n(十二胺)为2∶1 时产品收率最高,为93. 8%.将合成的杀菌剂与其它常用杀菌剂进行杀菌能力对比,结果表明,双阳离子型季铵盐杀菌剂的杀菌效果最好,在投加量为 10 mg/L 时,杀菌率达到99. 8%.
