基于时延估计和ARM的油井流量测量系统研究

         

摘要

Time-delay estimation (TDE) technology is widely used in flow rate measurement of oil-producing wells,and thus conducting much more study on it has become an important topic in the field of modern petroleum industry.Due to the slow convergence speed and the unclear weight vector of traditional adaptive time-delay estimation algorithm based on LMS,the adaptive time-delay estimation algorithm of LMS based on second correlation is presented.This algorithm adaptively achieves one cross-correlation and auto-correlation using LMS algorithm,and gets the optimal weight vectors which will be used as the next input to calculate cross-correlation function.Furthermore,a flow rate measurement system based on TDE and ARM is designed by taking this new algorithm as the core.This system uses S3C6410 as the processor,and expands the signal acquisition,storage,display and transmission interface.The experiments had been performed on the oil-gas-water three phase flow loop in Daqing oilfield.The flow rate measurement results of oil-gas-water three-phase flow in different conditions have verified the feasibility of this system.%时延估计技术广泛应用于油井流量测量中,对其进行深入研究已成为现代石油工业领域的一个重要课题.针对传统最小均方(LMS)自适应时延估计算法收敛速度慢、最佳权矢量波峰不明显的问题,提出了基于二次相关的LMS自适应时延估计算法.利用LMS自适应实现一次互相关和自相关,并将得到的最佳权矢量作为下一步求互相关函数的输入.进而以该算法为核心,设计了一种基于时延估计和ARM的油井流量测量系统.系统选用S3C6410作为处理器,并外扩了信号采集、存储、显示、传输等接口.在大庆油田模拟井实验平台上进行了实验,不同工况下油气水三相流流量测量结果验证了系统的可行性.
