对177.80 mm套管采用不同接箍外径对油田使用方面的影响进行了调查研究,按照API Spec 5CT-2005第8版和API Spec 5CT-2011第9版规定的套管接箍外径,对177.80 mm 110 BC套管强度分别进行了计算分析,认为API Spec 5CT-2011第9版增大177.80 mm套管接箍外径的原因是为了保证油田常用的几种厚壁套管的接头连接强度和抗内压强度.通过实物验证试验证实:如果采用API Spec 5CT-2005第8版规定的接箍外径,油田常用的几种177.80 mm特殊螺纹接头厚壁套管薄弱环节仍然在接箍部位.建议177.80 mm特殊螺纹接头套管接箍外径按照API Spec 5CT-2011第9版标准执行.%This paper gives an investigation on application of 177.80 mm casing with different coupling outer diameter in the oil field.It was considered that the reason why the coupling diameter of 177.80 mm casing was increased in API Spec 5CT-2011 9th is to guarantee tension joint strength and internal yield pressure for several 177.80 mm casing with thick wall per calculating tension joint strength and internal yield pressure in accordance with API Spec 5CT-2005 8th and API Spec 5CT-2011 9th respectively.It is verified through the full-size test: the weak linking point is still at coupling for several kinds of 177.80 mm premium connection casing with thick wall frequently-used in oil field in accordance with API Spec 5CT-2005 8th.It was suggested that the coupling diameter of 177.80 mm casing with premium connection should be in accordance with API Spec 5CT-2011 9th.
