大庆油田三类油层化学驱增油效果评价及机理分析

             

摘要

The type Ⅲ oil reservoir of Daqing Oilfield is characterized by thin thickness, low permeability and poor communication, which desiderates implementation of new EOR method for effective development. In view of the actual field needs, the molecular coil size and the compatibility between molecular coil and core porosity of four oil displacement agents of polymer, binary multisystem, ternary multisystem and polymer and SAA are researched by using equipment examination and physical simulation, and the chemical flood effect in the single slug and multislug are compared, analyzed and evaluated. The results show that the solvent mineralization, polymer formula weight and shear intensity influence the molecular coil size of oil displacement agent, and the type of oil displacement agent, slug size and its array mode influence the chemical flood effect. The single high-concentration polymer flood is recommended according to the increased range of recovery and economic benefit, with predicted increased range of recovery of 20%, all that is the important reference value for the choice of development technique in this kind of oil reservoir.%大庆油田三类油层具有油层厚度薄、渗透率低和连通性差等特点,亟待开发和实施新的大幅度提高采收率技术.针对矿场实际需求,利用仪器检测和物理模拟等方法,对聚合物、二元复合体系、三元复合体系和聚表剂等4种驱油剂的分子线团尺寸以及分子线团与岩心孔隙配伍性进行了研究,并对其单一段塞和多段塞组合化学驱增油效果进行了对比分析和评价.结果表明,溶剂矿化度、聚合物相对分子质量和剪切强度对驱油剂的分子线团尺寸存在影响;驱油剂类型、段塞尺寸及其组合方式对化学驱增油效果存在影响.综合考虑采收率增幅和经济效益两方面因素,推荐采用单一高浓度聚合物驱,采收率预计增幅为20%左右,其认识对于该类油层开发技术选择具有重要参考价值.
