泡沫钻井液密度－压力－温度关系测定

摘要

This paper introduces a concept to design a device used to measure density of foam mud. A method to quantitatively determine the density-pressure-temperature of the foam mud in formation condition is also put forward. The relationships between the density of the foam mud and the pressure & temperature have been measured by using of the method. The mechanism of the foam mud to protect oil layer during drilling is described. Meanwhile, the formula used to calculate the density of the mud is given.%介绍了地层条件下测定泡沫钻井液密度的装置的设计思路，建立测定泡沫钻井液密度－压力－温度关系的方法，测定和分析了泡沫钻井液密度与压力、温度关系。描述了泡沫钻井液在钻井过程中保护油层的机理，提出了现场应用的简便计算公式。
