乙烯原料油及裂解炉优化配置

摘要

通过对燕山石油化工股份有限公司乙烯装置投用几种不同的乙烯原料后，裂解炉实际运行工况及出现问题的分析和讨论，对裂解炉的优化操作及炉型的配置提出了建议。结合其将于2001年完成的660 kt/a乙烯装置改扩建，对乙烯原料的优化配置方案进行了探讨%On the basis of the results of employing several different kinds of heavy oil as feedstocks for the cracking furnaces in Yanshan's ethylene plant, as well as analyses and discussions on the actual operating conditions and problems discovered, suggestions on optimum operating conditions and disposition of furnaces are made. Optimization and disposition of feedstocks pertaining to the 660 kt/a ethylene plant for which revamping and expansion are set to be accomplished before 2001 are also discussed.
