乙烯装置再生水回用技术的研究与应用

             

摘要

According to the characteristics of the reclaimed water from SINOPEC Maoming Branch Chemical Division Ethylene Plant, namely medium hardness and alkalinity, high sulfate and conductivity, which was favorable to propagation of bacteria and algae, through the formula test, static scale inhibition and dynamic simulation, the corrosion inhibitor ( RP-12 (MM)) adapting to the reclaimed water was selected. The selected several biocides, which had good bacteriocidation effect and compatibility with the main agent, were used interchangeably. This technique can be effectively applied to the circulating water system of the ethylene plant and made the water quality fully meet the demand. Because the reclaimed water was used for replenishment of the circulating water, use level of the fresh water was significantly reduced.%根据中国石化茂名分公司化工分部乙烯装置再生水水质具有中等硬度和碱度、SO42-含量和电导率高、有利于菌藻繁殖的特点,通过初步筛选配方试验、静态阻垢试验和动态模拟试验筛选出适合该类再生水水质的缓蚀阻垢剂RP-12(MM)并选取出杀生效果及与RP-12(MM)配伍性能较好的几类杀生剂交替使用,同时制定了再生水回用作为循环水系统补水的方案和药剂投加方案.实际运行结果表明,该项技术可有效应用于乙烯装置循环水系统,使出水水质指标完全达到标准.再生水回用作为循环水系统补水后,虽药剂费用有所增加,但新鲜水取水量大幅减少,实现了节水减排和保护环境的目标,具有良好的社会效益.
