采用多次浸渍的方法制备了节能型天然气转化催化剂(NLY-1催化剂),将其用于低水碳比天然气一段转化的放大试验.考察了反应压力、水碳比和空速对催化剂性能的影响;对使用后的催化剂进行了TG,XRD,SEM表征.试验结果表明,NLY-1催化剂用于天然气一段转化的适宜反应条件为:反应器人口500-520℃,反应器出口780~800℃、压力3 MPa、空速3 500 h-1、水碳摩尔比2.5-2.7;在此条件下,CH4转化率可达到61%.1 000 h连续稳定性试验结果表明,NLY-1催化剂具有较高的稳定性和活性.表征结果显示,NLY-1催化剂反应后没有明显的积碳,具有良好的抗积碳能力;反应前后NLY-1催化剂的品格结构基本保持不变,具有良好的稳定性.NLY-1催化剂与大庆石化公司化肥厂一段转化催化剂相比较,CH4转化率基本相同.%A supported energy-saving first stage natural gas conversion catalyst (NLY-1 catalyst) was prepared by a multistep impregnation method and used in the scale-up evaluation apparatus.The effects of the operation conditions on the catalyst performance were studied.The fresh and the used catalysts were characterized by means of TG,XRD and SEM.Under the optimal conditions of reactor inlet 500 -520 ℃ ,reactor outlet 780 -800 ℃ ,pressure 3 MPa,GHSV 3 500 h-1 and mole ratio of water to CH4 2.5 -2.7,NLY-1 catalyst had high stability and the CH4 conversion was in the range of 55% -61%.The characterization results showed the excellent resistance to carbon-deposition of the catalyst.Compared with the first stage conversion catalyst from Fertilizer Plant of Daqing Petrochemical Company, NLY-1 catalyst shows good prospects.
