杯4芳烃-β-环糊精席夫碱的合成及其对碱性品红的吸附

         

摘要

A novel compound calix [4]arene-β-cyclodextrin schiff base with a β-cyclodextrin unit in its host molecule was synthesized by the nucleophilic reaction of di-substituted calix [4] arene derivative containing formyls at the lower edge with mono-6-ethylenediamino-6-deoxy-β-cyclodextrin, and characterized by means of 1NMR, FTIR and MS(Maldi-Tof). The adsorption of basic fuchsin on the synthesized compound was studied. The effects of the initial mass concentration and pH of basic fuchsin solution and temperature on the adsorption were investigated. The results show that the adsorption capability of the compound to basic fuchsin is influenced obviously by the adsorption conditions, especially by the pH and temperature. At 25 ℃, in the range of pH 4-11, the maximum adsorption capacity appears at pH 8; and in the range of 15-45 ℃, the adsorption capacity increases with the rise of temperature when temperature is below 30 ℃, and then keeps almost constant when temperature is over 30 ℃. The adsorption equilibrium data accord well with the Langmuir isotherm model at 15 ℃ and 25 ℃ , but not at 35 ℃.%川下沿含甲酰基的双取代杯[4]芳烃衍生物与单-6-去氰乙二胺基-β-环糊精进行亲核反应,合成了结构中含一个β一环糊精单元的新型主体分子杯[4]芳烃-β-环糊精席夫碱,其结构经1H NMR,FTIR,MS (Maldi-Tof)表征技术确证.以该化合物为吸附剂,考察了初始质量浓度、体系pH及温度等吸附条件对其吸附碱性品红性能的影响.实验结果表明,吸附条件对杯[4]芳烃-β-环糊精席人碱吸附碱性品红的性能影响响很大,尤其是体系pH和吸吸附温度.在体系pH=4 ~ 11范围内,25℃、体系pH=8时吸附性能最好:在15-45℃范围内,温度低于30℃时,吸附率随温度的升高而增大,30℃后趋于稳定.杯[4]芳烃-β-糊精席人碱对碱性品红的吸附平衡数据在15℃和25℃时符合Langmuir等温模型,35℃时不符合.
