非石油原料生产烯烃技术现状分析与前景展望

     

摘要

由于石油资源日益短缺,非石油原料生产低碳烯烃备受业内关注.简要介绍了非石油原料生产合成气的方法,重点对天然气直接制烯烃、合成气费托合成制烯烃、合成气经甲醇脱水制烯烃、合成气发酵经乙醇制烯烃、生物乙醇制烯烃等各种非石油基烯烃生产技术的发展现状进行了分析.在各种非石油原料生产烯烃的技术中,煤基合成气经甲醇制烯烃是发展最快的技术路线,具有广阔的发展前景,但需从环境容量和水资源等实际条件出发合理布局、科学决策;非石油基烯烃是对石油烯烃的重要补充,在目前技术尚未完全成熟的情况下,我国应针对不同原料、不同工艺开展全面研发工作,走烯烃原料多元化并重的路线,争取早日实现突破,为石油化工产业的可持续发展奠定基础.%The production methods for light olefins from non-petroleum raw materials were reviewed, including methane oxidative coupling, syngas Fischer-Tropsch synthesis, dehydration of methanol from syngas, dehydration of ethanol obtained by syngas fermentation or from biomass. It is concluded that coal-based syngas to light olefins via methanol is the fastest growing technical route that has broad prospects. But for the development of the technology, the situations of coal resources, environmental capacity, water resources etc. must be considered. The non-petroleum based olefins are an important complement for the petroleum based olefins, but the technology has not been mature.
