可生物降解聚丁二酸乙二醇酯的合成及表征

             

摘要

Polyethylene succinate prepolymer(PrePES) with both HO-and HOOC-terminal groups was synthesized from succinic acid and ethylene glycol through chain extension polycondensation.And then polyethylene succinate(PES) with high relative molecular mass was prepared through chain extension with 2,2'-(1,4-phenylene)-bis(2-oxazoline) and adipoyl biscaprolactam as combined chain extenders,and characterized by means of 1H NMR,FTIR,WAXS,DSC,TG and tensile test.The degradation test of PES in the presence of lipase was carried out.The effects of n(succinic acid) ∶ n(ethylene glycol) on the performances of PrePES and PES were researched.The results prove that PES prepared is a crystalline polymer.The PES product synthesized with n(succinic acid) ∶ n(ethylene glycol) 1.0 ∶ 1.0 has the features of intrinsic viscosity of 0.50 dL/g,glass transition temperature of 0.9 ℃,melting point of 100.2 ℃,initial decomposition temperature of 356.3 ℃,tensile strength of 33.5 MPa and good biodegradability.%以丁二酸和乙二醇为原料,采用缩聚扩链法合成了同时带有端羧基和端羟基的聚丁二酸乙二醇酯预聚体(PrePES),用1,4-双(2-噁唑啉)苯和己二酰双己内酰胺混合扩链剂对PrePES进行扩链,制得高相对分子质量的聚丁二酸乙二醇酯(PES);并采用1H NMR,FTIR,WAXS,DSC,TG等技术对PES进行了表征,同时测试了其拉伸性能及脂肪酶降解情况;考察了n(丁二酸):n(乙二醇)对PrePES和PES性能的影响.实验结果表明,合成的PES是一种结晶聚合物;由n(丁二酸):n(乙二醇)=1.0:1.0所得的PES特性黏数达0.50 dL/g,玻璃化转变温度为0.9℃,熔点为100.2 ℃,起始热分解温度为356.3℃,拉伸强度达33.5 MPa,同时具有良好的生物降解性.
