吸附型选择性堵水剂的合成及性能

         

摘要

以丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酸(AA)和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)为主要原料,通过自由基聚合反应合成吸附型选择性堵水剂(AM/AA/DMDAAC聚合物),考察了堵水剂的耐温性能、耐盐性能、吸附性能及选择性封堵性能。实验结果表明,温度从30℃升至90℃,AM/AA/DMDAAC聚合物的黏度保留率(42.5%)高于部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)的黏度保留率(39.3%);在NaCl质量浓度大于8000 mg/L时,AM/AA/DMDAAC聚合物溶液的表观黏度大于HPAM溶液的表观黏度;在超声波冲刷120 min后,AM/AA/DMDAAC聚合物在载玻片上仍有较多残留量;AM/AA/DMDAAC聚合物具有较好的油水选择性,在水环境中具有更强的封堵能力。%An adsorptive selective water shutoff agent(AM/AA/DMDAAC copolymer) was synthesized from acrylamide(AM),acrylic acid(AA) and diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride(DMDAAC) through free radical polymerization. The temperature tolerance,salt resistance,adsorbility and selective plugging property of the water shutoff agent were investigated. The experimental results showed that the viscosity retention rate of the AM/AA/DMDAAC copolymer(42.5%) was higher than that of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide(HPAM)(39.3%) when temperature rose from 30℃ to 90℃. The AM/AA/DMDAAC copolymer has better salt resistance than HPAM when the concentration of sodium chloride was higher than 8 000 mg/L. There was the residue of the AM/AA/DMDAAC copolymer on the glass surface after ultrasonic cleaning 120 min. The AM/AA/DMDAAC copolymer had good oil/water selectivity,and its plugging ability in water was stronger than that in oil.
