PMMA/P(VDF-TrFE)共混体系的介电储能性能

         

摘要

采用溶液流延法成膜制备了不同聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)含量的PMMA/偏氟乙烯与三氟乙烯共聚物(P(VDF-TrFE))共混试样.采用FTIR,XRD,DSC等方法对共混试样进行了表征,研究了不同PMMA含量对共混试样的结晶、介电、储能性能的影响.表征结果显示,不同热处理方式及PMMA的引入不会改变P(VDF-TrFE)的β晶型;随PMMA含量的增加,共混试样的结晶度降低.实验结果表明,加入PMMA后导致共混试样的介电常数、介电损耗、能量损耗降低,改善了材料的介电储能性能.%A series of polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)/polyvinylidene fluoride-co-trifluoroethylene (P(VDE-TrFE)) composite films with various contents of PMMA had been fabricated by solution casting method.The properties including crystallization,dielectric,energy storgy were characterized by DSC,FTIR and XRD.As a result,β crystal type of P(VDF-TrFE) unchanged regardless of different thermal approach and introduced of PMMA.The introduced PMMA leads to continuously reduced crystallinity and crystal size of PMMA/P(VDF-TrFE).As a consequence,the dielectric performance of P(VDF-TrFE) was improved by the introduction of PMMA.
