聚甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯对HPAM水溶液性质的影响

         

摘要

A thermo-responsive homopolymer,poly(dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate)(PB),was synthesized by free radical polymerization of dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate and then mixed with partial hydrolyzed polyacrylamide(HPAM) to improve the high-temperature performance of the HPAM solution.The polymer structure,the effects of PB on the viscosity and viscosity retention of the HPAM solution,and the mechanism of the viscosity enhancement of the PB/HPAM mixture were investigated by means of 1H NMR,GPC,DLS and rheometer.The results indicated that both PB and HPAM had linear structure.The viscosity of the HPAM solution increased 50% when the volume ratio of PB to HPAM was 1.1%.After mixing with 1.1%(φ) PB and heating from 20 ℃ to 90 ℃,the viscosity retention of the HPAM solution was 67.2% due to the thermo-sensitivity of PB.In contrast,the viscosity retention of the pure HPAM solution was only 33.1% under the similar conditions.HPAM was dissolved in water in the form of molecules.After PB was added,HPAM/PB formed nano-aggregations,so the viscosity of the HPAM aqueous solution increased linearly with increasing the PB dosage.%以甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯为单体合成了温敏型聚合物聚甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯(PB),并将其与部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)溶液混合以改善HPAM溶液的高温性能.利用1HNMR,GPC,DLS等方法分析了聚合物的结构,考察了PB对HPAM水溶液黏度及黏度保持率的影响,并探讨了HPAM/PB水溶液增黏的机理.实验结果表明,HPAM与PB均为线型高分子.加入PB可提高HPAM水溶液的黏度,且当V(PB)∶V(HPAM)=1.1%时,黏度可提高50%.由于PB具有温敏性,因此当温度从20℃升高至90℃时,加入1.1%(φ)PB的HPAM水溶液黏度保持率为67.2%,而相同浓度HPAM水溶液的黏度保持率仅为33.1%.HPAM水溶液的单分子链呈溶解状态,加入PB后HPAM与PB形成了纳米聚集体从而使HPAM的黏度随PB用量的增大而线性增大.
