提高重油催化裂化装置蒸汽品质的措施

         

摘要

为解决因蒸汽品质不合格而给生产带来的汽轮机结垢、余热锅炉发生氧腐蚀等不利影响,中国石油锦西石化公司在重油催化裂化装置上使用了美国Ashland公司生产的Amerzine-20型除氧剂和Drewphos-2600型缓蚀阻垢剂.使用结果表明,除氧水中溶解氧的质量浓度由20 ~ 50 μg/L降至10~15 μg/L,未产生过因锅炉蒸发面发生氧腐蚀而导致锅炉停工的问题;3.5 MPa蒸汽品质明显提高,Na+质量浓度由36.2 ~ 85.1 μg/L降至10.4 ~ 16.9 μg/L,SiO2质量浓度由29.5 ~ 40.6 μ g/L降至5.8~10.6 μg/L;总液体收率增加0.54个百分点,干气产率下降0.75个百分点,汽油产率提高0.83个百分点,研究法辛烷值提高0.7个单位;未出现过汽轮机结垢现象.%In order to solve the problem of unqualified steam which led to the scaling of steam turbine and the oxygen corrosion of waster heat boiler, the deoxidant Amerzine - 20 and the corrosion and scale inhibitor Drewphos - 2600 made by Ashland Company , USA were applied to a residue catalytic cracking unit of JinXi Petrochemical Company, PetroChina. The results showed that the mass concentration of dissolved oxygen in deoxygenated water decreased from 20 -50 μg/L to 10 - 15 μg/L,and no boiler shutdown occurred due to the oxygen corrosion on the evaporation surface. The quality of 3. 5 MParnsteam was improved evidently, the mass concentration of Na+ decreased from 36. 2 — 85. 1 μg/L to 10.4 -16.9 μg/L,and SiO2 from 29.5 -40.6 μg/ L to 5. 8 - 10. 6 μg/L. The total liquid yield increased by 0. 54 percentage points,dry gas yield decreased 0. 75 percentage points, gasoline yield increased 0. 83 percentage points, research octane number increased by 0. 7 units, and no scaling of steam turbine was found.
