加氢精制装置增产石脑油的工艺参数调整

         

摘要

为了提高乙烯裂解装置的原料供给,采用石脑油重拔方案对中国石油辽阳石化公司200万t/a加氢精制装置的分馏塔操作参数进行了调整.结果表明:在不改变原料性质、反应温度和压力的条件下,将石脑油干点的工艺指标由原来的不高于190℃调整到不高于220℃,分馏塔塔顶温度和重沸炉出口温度工艺指标上限分别由175℃调整到185 cc,315℃调整到325℃,操作压力由0.10 MPa下调至0.08 MPa,回流比由2.5下调到0.5,可以达到增产石脑油的目的;装置实施石脑油重拔方案后,精制柴油收率由91.28%降至81.34%,含硫质量分数满足国V车用柴油标准要求;石脑油干点提高了52℃,含硫质量分数降低了5.7个百分点,收率提高了9.94个百分点,产品质量优于调整前.%For increasing raw material supply to an ethylene cracking unit,the operation parameters of fractionating tower was adjusted by heavy naphtha extraction solution in a 2.0 Mt/a hydrorefining unit of Liaoyang Petrochemical Company,PetroChina.The results showed that under the conditions of without changing the property of raw material,reaction temperature and pressure,the purpose of increasing naphtha output could reach when the technic index of dry point of naphtha increased from not more than 190 ℃ to not more than 220 ℃,the technic index upper limit of the fractionating tower top temperature and the reboiler furnace outlet temperature adjusted from 175 ℃ to 185 ℃,315 ℃ to 325 ℃ respectively,the operation pressure decreased from 0.10 MPa to 0.08 MPa,the reflux ratio decreased from 2.5 to 0.5.After the implementation of heavy naphtha pull schemes,the refined diesel yield decreased from 91.28% to 81.34%,and the mass fraction of sulfur could meet the requirement of national automotive diesel standard V.The dry point of naphtha rose by 52 ℃,the mass fraction of sulfur reduced by 5.7 percent points,the yield increased by 9.94 percent points,and the product quality was better than that of before the adjustment.
