采用液压的水下法兰螺栓张紧技术研究

摘要

This paper investigates the standard of deep water pipeline flange connection to decide hydraulic stretching pretension.In addition,the parameters of bolt tensioning cylinder are conformed by pretension based on sealing criteria of flange as well as original and tensile length of the bolt.This research will be helpful in promoting the development of deep water equipment and pipeline connection in China.%本文对国内外深水管道法兰连接技术相关标准进行了研究,确定了采用液压拉伸预紧法对法兰连接的螺栓进行预紧.并根据对法兰密封性的要求确定了所需的预紧力,以及螺栓所需的原长和拉伸长度,进而确定了液压拉伸器相关参数.该研究成果对促进我国深水作业设备发展,提高我国深水管道连接技术具有一定意义.
