海上油气田经济评价阶段的划分及内容

摘要

This paper systematically phased economic appraisal of offshore oil and gas project into five phases,including block economic appraisal,pre-exploration target economic appraisal,proved reserves economic appraisal,economic appraisal in feasibility study report and ODP(overall development project)report filing,and block exit economic appraisal. This paper defined and specified the contents of economic appraisal in each phase,in the purpose of highlighting the importance of economic appraisal,building working procedures of economic appraisal,reducing decision fallacies in each phase,to further raise economic benefits of exploration and development activities of offshore oil and gas fields.%本文对海上油气田经济评价各个阶段进行了系统划分，共五个阶段，包括区块经济评价、预探目标经济评价、提交石油或天然气探明储量经济评价、油气田可行性研究报告及总体开发方案报告编制阶段的经济评价和退出矿区的经济评价。给出了各阶段经济评价的概念，明确了各阶段经济评价工作的内容，其目的是为了突出经济评价在各阶段的重要性，建立经济评价的工作程序，减少各环节的决策失误，进一步提高海上油气田勘探开发的经济效益。
