神泉自控系统安全隐患治理研究

             

摘要

Security risks in in Shenquan automatic control system are studied in this paper. the results show that conversion technology of online automatic system without outage can be used to achieve successful upgrades of the system, and online vibration monitoring to achieve real-time monitoring on vibration to improve operation and management level of the compressor as well as the operating time of light hydrocarbon unit. It proves that the technologies applied can ensure the safe and stable operation in Shenquan.%本文对神泉自控系统安全隐患进行研究。通过不停产在线自控系统转换技术成功实现了新旧系统的无缝对接改造,压缩机在线振动监测技术实现了压缩机振动的实时监控,大幅提高了压缩机运行管理水平,确保轻烃装置的运行时率,确保了神泉油气生产装置安全平稳运行。
