洗涤塔尾气夹带洗涤油的治理措施

摘要

醇酮装置是生产精己二酸的重要装置，为己二酸提供生产原料。装置扩能改造后，生产负荷提高，导致高压洗涤塔运行时出现尾气夹带洗涤油的现象。针对这一安全隐患，在高压洗涤塔后增加尾气脱液罐，尾气在罐中充分进行气液分离，改善了现场作业环境的同时消除了安全隐患，并且每年可以回收洗涤油11t左右。%The cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone plant is important to producting adipic acid in a Company of Petrochina, cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone are used to product adipic acid.After reconstruction,the growing production output results to the offgas of high-pressure wash tower D1 entrapping wash oil.According to the accident potential,an offgas fluid-loss tank is added after the high-pressure wash tower to separate gas and liquid adequately. Now the work environment has been improved, accident potential has been removed and the wash oil can be recoverd about 11.1 t/a.
