为进一步提高塔河工区深井、超深井的机械钻速,在该区块试验了旋冲钻井技术。TH10435H井和TH12272井深部井段使用旋冲短节配PDC钻头,取得了良好的提速效果。TH10435H井使用井段:1804~5141.57 m,总进尺3337.57m,纯钻时间165h,平均机械钻速同比提高16.1%;TH10272井使用井段:5172~6318m,总进1146m,总纯钻时间200.6h,机械钻速同比提高11.96%。TH10435H、T12272井应用结果验证了该技术在深井超深井的适用性,为塔河工区深部地层钻井提速探索了新的途径。%Rotary percussion drilling technology was tested in Tahe Oilfield to improve the penetration rate of the deep and ultra-deep wells. Rotary percussion joints were applied combined with PDC drilling bits in deep sections of TH10435H and TH12272 wells, which brings good results in improving the penetration rate. The section selected for test in TH10435H well is 1804-5141.57m in depth, 3337.57m in the total drilling footage, 165h in drilling time and ROP of the well was improved by 16.1%, while the section selected for test in TH10272 well is 15172-6318m, 1146m, 200.6h respectively and ROP of it was improved by 11.96%. The application of the technology in these two wells proves that it is suitable for deep and ultra-deep wells in improving ROP.
