电热油管采油技术在奈曼油田的研究与应用

摘要

The calorific value of crude oil and the heat of tubes absorbed are obtained with electrical and thermodynamic equations as well as the liquid production,specific heat capacity,and temperature.The casing depth of oil jacket contactor and output power of control cabinet are determined by combining the wax content and viscosity of oil products in the well,which optimizes the parameters of electric heating extraction and boosts performance of oil wells.%结合电学及热力学公式得出原油和油管吸收热量的热值与油井产液量、比热容、温度等参数的关系，同时，结合油井油品粘度及含蜡量情况，确定油套接触器的下深及控制柜的输出功率，实现了电热采油参数最优化，达到油井节能、增产的目的。
