甲苯卸船后返输至炼油厂区储存设计核算

         

摘要

Toluene,as a kind of product of Sinopec Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Company,is usually pipelined directly from the refinery to the wharf for shipment. As the usage of toluene in the refinery increases year by year,the produced toluene from the refinery can not satisfy the requirement,therefore,part of toluene needs to be purchased from other company,and the purch ased toluene unloaded from the ships is designed to be pipelined back to toluene product tank of the refinery. This paper starts from the selection of reverse transport process scheme,resistance drop calculation,flow velocity control principle and pipe wall thickness calculation,and introduces in detail the calculation methods for guaranteeing related facilities in safe operation during the course of toluene pipelining back to the refinery for storage.%甲苯是中石化镇海炼化分公司的产品之一,通常从炼油厂区通过管输至码头进行装船外运。随着炼油厂区内甲苯用量逐年增加,自供出现不足,需部分外购,并将外购甲苯从码头卸船后返输至炼油厂区成品罐储存。从返输流程方案的选取、阻力降计算、流速控制的原则以及管道的壁厚核算等方面,详细介绍了甲苯改为返输储存过程中相关设施是否满足安全运行要求的核算方法。
