生物液压油基础油的水解性能研究

摘要

石科院研制的脂肪酸内酯具有黏度指数高、低温性能优良的特点.采用脂肪酸内酯作为基础油组分调制的生物液压油基础油,重点研究了该基础油的水解机理和不同功能添加剂对基础油水解性能的影响,并且提出了提高生物液压油基础油水解性能的解决方案.%The complex estolide ester made by RIPP has high viscosity index and excellent low temperature performance property. The complex estolide ester is the main component of the bio-hydraulic base oil. The hydrolytic mechanism of the base oil and the effect of differents functional additives on the hydrolytic stability of the base oil were studied. And the solution to improve the hydrolytic performance of the base oil of bio-hydraulic oil was put forward.
