Thermal recovery on offshore oilfield was affected by operation environment and technological requirements, and conventional pipe string of inserted barrel pump with func- tion of heat injection and artificial lift was not applicable for offshore oilfield. It was pro- posed that integration pipe string with function of heat injection and ESP artificial lift to solve the problem. It can meet demand of both thermal operation and subsequent productive through design of thermal special T-joint and 260 ℃ temperature tolerance high temperature ESP. During thermal operation only once pipe string was tripped in, and in-situ implement technology was simplified. It raised operation prescription. It was successfully applied on Bohai Bay oilfield, and it guaranteed thermal technology implementation as technical sup- port. The integration pipe string with function of heat injection and artificial lift will explore one new way for subsequent injection/production technology development.%海上油田热采受作业环境及工艺要求影响,常规的杆式泵注采一体化管柱在海上不适用,提出注热与电潜泵机采管柱来解决现场开发问题。通过对热采专用三通的设计,组配耐温260℃的高温电潜泵,热采期间下入一趟管柱,可满足热采作业和后续生产的要求,简化现场施工工艺,提高作业时效。该管柱已在渤海稠油油田热采中成功应用,为保证热采工艺实施提供了技术支持,也为后续注采工艺的发碾探索了新道路。
