新型湿式氧化还原法脱硫药剂试验研究

         

摘要

本文通过建设一套氧化还原法脱硫工艺测试装置,对三种不同脱硫药剂开展了测试,从硫容、溶液参数、硫磺特性、熔硫、金属腐蚀性等方面进行试验研究.试验结果表明氧化还原法脱硫工艺H2S脱除率大于99.96 %,脱硫剂硫容可提高至1.4g/L以上,展示了氧化还原法脱硫工艺良好的应用前景,可应用于更大潜硫量规模的脱硫处理;氧化还原法脱硫剂对20#碳钢腐蚀性强,金属表面预膜无溶剂液体环氧涂料可有效降低脱硫剂的腐蚀速率;氧化还原法脱硫工艺流程建设建议选择304、304L、316L三种不锈钢材质.%In this paper,a set of test device for the oxidation reduction method is built,which completed the test of three kinds of different desulphurization agents. The test items include sulfur content,solution parameters,sulfur characteristics,sulfur forming,metal corrosion,etc. The experimental results showed that the removal rate of hydrogen sulfide was more than 99.96 % and sulfur content can be increased to more than 1.4 g/L, which have good prospects for the application of wet oxidation reduction method, it can be used in the scale of a greater amount of desulphurization.The experimental results also showed that the desul-phurization agents have a strong corrosion for 20# carbon steel, but non solvent liquid epoxy coating can reduce the corrosion rate. It is recommended to choose 304/316L/304L stainless steel for engineering construction of wet oxidation reduction method.
